Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Solution Lead, Functional Team, SI, and Technical Team to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Develop user stories to facilitate solution delivery progress.
- Incorporate stakeholder requirements and formulate user stories.
- Define and document the scope of business requirements for the new solution and translate them into functional/technical requirements and documentation.
- Ensure that requirements align with business needs and receive approval from relevant stakeholders.
- Work with Functional and SI teams to shape end-to-end business processes and requirements for out-of-the-box solution design.
- Identify interdependencies between end-to-end business processes and user stories to establish effective connections.
- Manage risk and play a pivotal role in solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities alongside Functional and SI teams.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in IT/system/business analysis or a similar position.
- Strong business knowledge and understanding of the Recruiting and Talent Journey, specifically Time, Labor, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Experience and knowledge in large-scale ERP/Digital/IT delivery in a cloud environment.
- Experience collaborating across workstreams to deliver solutions.
