Our client is a respected leader in the service industry, renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation in business intelligence solutions. They have engaged us to seek a talented and driven BI Business Analyst to join their expanding Data Department.
Role & Responsibilities
The BI Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:- Translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
- Crafting and executing queries upon request for data.
- Presenting information through reports and visualization.
- Collaborating with teams to integrate systems.
- Conducting troubleshooting on business intelligence models.
- Gathering and processing raw data at scale (including writing scripts, calling APIs, writing SQL queries, etc.).
Key Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions.
- Familiarity with BI technologies (must have SSAS; SSIS)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
