Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team focused on the development of new products, including POS systems and online sales platforms.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including product teams and offshore development teams.
- Prioritise tasks and manage time lines effectively during product launches.
- Drive automation efforts to improve team efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of product features in the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven vendor management experience, capable of overseeing the entire product development journey.
- Strong ability to handle pressure and effectively manage tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Project management experience, particularly in Agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with various senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
