What You'll Do:
- Dive deep into business requirements to understand the needs of our clients
- Lead presentations and build strong client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of chatbot projects
- Oversee and coordinate internal contributors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Analyze, document, and communicate business processes effectively
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, and project documentation
- Knowledge of chatbot and virtual assistant creation, as well as language models
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, even though you won't be creating data models or training AI yourself
- Trilingual EN/FR/NL (a plus), or bilingual with excellent communication and facilitation skills
