Oliver James are representing a leading UK Life Insurer who are looking for a Qualified Life Actuary to join the business as the Methodology and Assumptions manager.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, leading a team of 3.
Office Requirement: Remote working
Team size: 3
Duration: 12-month fixed term contract.
Salary: up to £100k + package
The role holder will be responsible for reviewing the pricing and valuation bases, alongside developing Actuarial Methodology. You will play a key role in the governance and commercial development of the business so you must have transferable soft skills such as effective stakeholder management, embedding yourself into a team and business quickly, and excellent communication skills.
Required experience:
- Qualified Life Actuary
- Experience of experience analysis.
