Experience Design & Strategy - Clinical/ Connected Care

A renown healthcare brand is currently looking for a Customer Experience Designer & Project Manager where you will be drive their Connected Care work, working with the Health Strategy Senior Director and his lean team.

This role will focus on creating the customer journey for clinical cases such as diagnosis of cancer or seeking treatment for a chronic disease. This role will support a highly strategic track, and will bring customer experience, design experience and the ability to bring empathetic understanding of customers through design thinking techniques. The candidate will also be a strong project manager who can see through the execution of these journey with local markets and drive execution of the cross-pillar work needed to deliver. You will be driving a seamless experience end to end for healthcare customers from pre-care to treatment through to postcare.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare/ insurance/ management consultancy industry
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to lead programs and projects
  • Innovative and creative, possesses a "Can do" mindset
