What You'll Bring
- 3 to 8 years of experience in process design, product development, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve end-to-end workflows.
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments and deliver impactful results.
- Experience with design thinking, prototyping, or process optimization tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
- Banking or financial sector experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
