We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Engineer/Designer to strengthen our Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure as part of a mission-critical cybersecurity program.
Role Overview:
As part of the Identity & Access Management (IDAM) team, your role is crucial in safeguarding our organization's critical assets. You will design, implement, and maintain CyberArk solutions that fortify our defenses against unauthorized access, while ensuring compliance with the latest security regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- CyberArk Solution Design & Implementation: Architect, deploy, and manage CyberArk solutions tailored to meet organizational security demands, with a focus on both on-premise and SAAS environments.
- Architectural Documentation: Develop and update comprehensive design documents, including process flows, technical diagrams, and system configurations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various teams to gather requirements, translate them into detailed CyberArk architectures, and implement systems that meet these specifications.
- Security Risk Management: Conduct thorough security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust controls to mitigate risks.
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure the optimal performance, availability, and scalability of the CyberArk infrastructure, overseeing key components such as servers and databases.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide expert troubleshooting and problem resolution for CyberArk-related issues, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Policy & Procedure Enforcement: Implement and uphold best practices for privileged access management, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Learning & Development: Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our security posture.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams, while offering guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Certifications such as CyberArk Certified Trustee or CyberArk Certified Defender are a plus.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level CyberArk solutions, particularly with experience in SAAS integrations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite, including tools like Password Vault, Admin Console, Central Policy Manager, and Privileged Session Manager.
- Automation & Integration Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating and customizing CyberArk solutions, along with experience integrating CyberArk with other security tools like SIEM and IAM.
- Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of privileged access management principles, network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and encryption technologies.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues, coupled with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-Motivation & Independence: Proven ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
