Business Analyst - £40,000 - Chester Hybrid
We are currently looking for a Business analyst to join one of our leading financial services clients within the Pensions market.
Our client is looking for someone who is experienced with Business operations, Process Improvements and business operational changes. Experience working as a BA with workflow systems and other projects such as HR and Onboarding is essential,
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous financial services experience and looking for their next career move within business analytics!
Role Requirements:
- Experienced in understanding and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
- Strong ability to elicit and constructively challenge requirements.
- Experience working with administrative back office functions / understanding operational flows.
- Comfortable working remotely with stakeholders in different countries / time zones
- Experience of workflow systems and principles.
- Experience working closely with technical system administration and solution design roles.
- Experience in identifying and engaging with key stakeholders with limited guidance and building trust relationships.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and receiving constructive challenge.
- More of a traditional BA ways of working including a logical and flexible approach to work where standard processes and templates may not be fully formed.
