Our client is looking for a motivated Windows Server Administrator to join their IT team in Machelen. 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (virtual and physical).
- Administer and support VMware infrastructure and handle daily monitoring and ticketing.
- Participate in on-call rotation (once every six weeks, remote support).
- Work with central support in Germany, focusing on system administration rather than user support.
- Install new hardware, develop system architecture, and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in system administration or 3rd line support.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Clusters, Active Directory, and VMware.
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with PowerShell or similar tools.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
- Flexible, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site three days a week.
