The role:
Our Property Practice Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the property insurance business segment within the organization. This role combines leadership, industry expertise, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and ensure high-quality service to clients and brokers.
The successful Property Practice Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading the property practice nationwide, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the property insurance business, including market penetration and client retention strategies.
- Act as the subject matter expert on property-related insurance products, trends, and underwriting practices.
- Establish and monitor team performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
- Drive revenue generation by managing existing client accounts and securing new business.
The successful Property Practice Leader should have the following skills:
- 10+ years of experience in the Property insurance industry
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding business goals.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
