Day Rate: €450-€525
Location: Dublin - Hybrid (1x per week onsite)
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to oversee testing operations for a large financial retail client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration, database testing, operational resilience, and infrastructure/messaging flows. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage testing processes in complex, high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for data migration projects.
- Coordinate database testing and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee operational resilience testing, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Manage infrastructure and messaging flow testing, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, specifically within large financial retail environments MANAGING TEAMS IN IRELAND.
- Expertise in data migration, database testing, and operational resilience.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and messaging flows.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with weekly onsite presence in Dublin.
