Job Opening: Senior Claims Examiner - Surety
Our client, a respected leader in the Insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Claims Examiner specialized in Surety to join their dynamic Claims department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a team committed to outstanding service and results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with the TPA handling the more straight forward surety claims
- Handle complex surety claims that are above the TPAs authority limit yourself
- Conduct thorough investigation of complex surety claims and determine coverage based on the contractual obligations and policies
Key Skill Requirements:
- 5+ Years of surety claims handling experience
- Coverage analysis experience
- Substantive knowledge of litigation processes associated with surety and insurance claims
- JD is a plus but not required
It is a huge benefit if you have managed TPAs previously or worked at a TPA, however this is not required.
This position is on a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 days out) from New Jersey and the salary and accompanying package is attractive.
