As a Core Application Support Engineer, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for users, addressing incidents and service requests related to Core Systems. This includes ERP , in-house web applications, remarketing tools, and other satellite applications. Your mission is to provide sustainable solutions to identified issues and ensure the seamless operation of Core Systems.
π Key Responsibilities:
π₯ Ticket Management: Filter incoming tickets from business users and provide timely resolutions.
π€ Collaboration: Assign tickets to the most qualified team members or engage Core Systems Change Teams and suppliers when necessary.
π§ͺ Solution Validation: Prior to business approval, rigorously test and validate proposed solutions.
π Change Deployment: Coordinate and deploy periodic updates in close collaboration with Change Teams.
π Knowledge Management: Document all relevant topics in the knowledge base for future reference.
π Monitoring: Conduct routine checks to ensure the operational integrity of Core Systems in production.
π₯ Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the IT Operation Supervisor.
