Software Engineer - React/Node

Our leading Insurance client is seeking a talented Software Engineer to contribute to the design and development of critical internal systems, that may cover: workflow management, secure data transport, customer service solutions, and insurance administrative services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement application solutions to support business objectives.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and testing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Analyze and improve existing system components with a focus on scalability and modernization.
• Investigate and resolve issues with data integrations and application performance.
• Provide expert-level support for production systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document system changes and best practices to maintain a robust knowledge base.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure smooth transitions for new features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Software development expertise with React & Node.js
• Strong understanding of database and web services development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in the financial or insurance domain is a plus.
