About the Team:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division oversees global operational and strategic risk. The Model Risk Management (MRM) team focuses on managing risks across FinTech sectors, ensuring model environments are secure, compliant, and well-governed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI/GenAI model risk frameworks and governance routines.
- Collaborate with risk teams to enhance model risk management practices.
- Conduct control testing and ensure compliance with model, data, and AI policies.
- Manage AI model inventories, evaluate risk, and track performance.
- Produce executive-level reports and support regulatory exams and audits.
- Partner with business units to strengthen AI model governance.
- Stay updated on AI trends, regulations, and emerging risks.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in model risk management, financial services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of risk management, model validation, and AI governance.
