Your Role
- Lead an agile development team, overseeing personnel, technical, and organisational aspects.
- Drive progress in our agile environment, which follows the SAFe framework, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Organize and moderate Scrum activities, such as Daily Scrums and Retrospectives, while identifying and addressing challenges.
- Collaborate closely with other agile development teams and stakeholders.
Your Background
- Degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field.
- Very good experience in C# development with very good knowledge of MS-SQL
- Strong background in project management and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of Scrum methodology, agile principles, and development processes.
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Initiative, strong implementation skills, and a drive for innovation.
