5 days a week onsite- Dublin 2
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead and drive the delivery of software development projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive hands-on experience with C#, Azure, Blazor, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and design principles.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring software development teams, with a focus on fostering a high-performing culture.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
