A leading specialty technology insurance platform operating across the US, is seeking a Senior Outsourcing and Partner Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This client is privately held and backed by a major Asset Manager. With their high growth model, they have become key players in the insurance space and have a cutting edge investment strategy. Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Manage financial operations A/P and T&E processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Build and enhance relationships with T&E suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Working closely with leadership (role reports to CFO and COS)
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance financial performance
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Insurance experience not a required
- 7+ years of experience in financial operations
Salary: $180K - $200K base + bonus
