Our client, a leading firm in the Practice/Consultancy industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Commercial - Reserving & Reporting functions within the Actuarial department.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Commercial - Reserving & Reporting activities within the Actuarial department.
- Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to the team on key projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex actuarial challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial - Reserving & Reporting within the Actuarial field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification as an Actuary preferred.
