Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage state regulatory compliance filings to ensure all filings are accurate and timely.
- Analyze changes in legislation and regulatory reforms that impact company policies and processes.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information and implement regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance activities and state filings.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on matters related to insurance compliance and best practices.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in Compliance within the P&C Insurance sector.
- Experience utilizing SERFF and other state filing systems
- Strong understanding of state and federal insurance regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and implement policies regarding regulatory reforms.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, across various levels of the organization.
- Capability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
