Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join one leading insurance MNC. Key requirements include solid experience in business analysis, strong knowledge of insurance products, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with vendor management are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis to document and analyze needs from stakeholders
  • Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and project execution
  • Create detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress
  • Manage off-shore teams and align resource plans to match business expectations
  • Define test strategies, develop and execute test plans, and manage issue resolution

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of BA related experience in Insurance will be prefered
  • Prior knowledge in POS/ claims/ pensions/ new business/ agency platform will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Ability to work well in a team and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Short notice will be preferred
  • Talents with less experience will be considered for junior grade
