Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of discretionary benefits
- Contribute to regular operational processes, including the generation of asset share reports, regulatory disclosures, and the maintenance and enhancement of actuarial models.
- Support the review of product-related documents to verify accuracy and ensure that communications align with organizational expectations.
- Provide additional actuarial support to the Team Lead based on changing regulations and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
- Proven progress in actuarial examinations.
- 2 year of full-time experience in the life insurance sector (Talents with less experience would be considered for Actuarial Analyst position)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Prophet ALS, AXIS, or similar actuarial software is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Par Management and product pricing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
