Job Opportunity Our client, a True Disruptor within the Insurance/Reinsurance industry is looking for a rising star to join the team as a M&A & Structuring Regional Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Originating funded life reinsurance opportunities through direct client engagement as well as through brokers, investment banks and consultants.
- Identifying client needs for complex capital and ALM solutions, developing corresponding reinsurance propositions and presentation materials.
- Transaction management, including prioritisation across different markets and clients as well as preparing regular communications to the Group Executive Committee.
- Project and stakeholder management for individual deals
- Exploring acquisition opportunities for an additional consolidation platform
Requirements:
- At least 5 years prior Life Insurance experience within M&A/ Consulting/ Transaction Advisory/ Brokerage/ Reinsurance
