Role & Responsibilities
Experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Finance department. As the Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting Solvency II regulatory reports to regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring timely compliance with all relevant regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintaining and enhancing the company's regulatory reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business.
- Providing expertise and guidance on regulatory reporting matters to senior management and other relevant teams.
- Contributing to broader finance projects and initiatives as required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting, preferably with a focus on Solvency II reporting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience within Lloyds Insurance
