As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating various projects that impact different IT teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively structuring and organising projects related to the organisation's IT applications.
- Scoping the project with key stakeholders, identifying solutions, defining an implementation plan, and allocating necessary resources/budgets while maintaining a high-level overview.
- Coordinating, organising, and monitoring various project activities based on priorities, individual skills, and client needs.
- Simultaneously managing multiple IT projects (small and medium scale).
- Maintaining an overall view of the project, reporting progress, and communicating updates to the relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing regular progress reports, addressing encountered issues, decisions made, and actions to be taken.
Your Profile
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- You have an excellent command of French and/or Dutch and English, with a good understanding of the second national language.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You have strong analytical skills and are adept at managing priorities.
- You are team-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, etc.) is an asset.
