Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in banking and payments to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects within the financial sector, with a focus on payments systems, including SEPA and SWIFT. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the delivery of key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact banking and payments projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time-lines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards, particularly in payments systems (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT).
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the banking sector, with a focus on payments.
- Deep understanding of payments systems, including SEPA, SWIFT, and related regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
