I am currently working with a Global Insurance Company for a Programme Manager Role. This is a role that will sits under the group level, working with different local business units to make sure the delivery of Digital and Technology Transformation programme.
You will be responsible for overseeing the multiple projects planning, executing, and delivering the project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibility:
- Define and manage the program scope, deliverables, and milestones across countries.
- Create and track project plan, schedule, budget, and risk register.
- Monitor and report regular program level progress, status, issues, and risks to the project sponsor and steering committee.
- Manage project resources allocation & utilization, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensures proper governance & controls are followed, adheres to the quality standards, policies, and best practices
- Facilitate the communication and collaboration among the project stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
- Manage the change requests, issues, and risks of the project.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in Programme Management, preferably within the Insurance industry for Digital and Technology programme
- Experienced in leading and managing complex, large-scale, and cross-functional digital transformation programmes, preferably for a Regional size
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills with a strong presentation and reporting skill
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
