My client is a global insurance company with strong presence in Hong Kong.
We are currently looking for dynamic and experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in agency and distribution transformation. This role requires an individual with Associate Director level expertise and a background in regional project management and consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee agency and distribution transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize agency and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on regional project management and consulting activities.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Associate Director in Digital programme management.
- Strong background in agency and distribution transformation within the insurance industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
