Our client is a reputable financial institution and is currently looking for a Product Director to drive their risk management technology initiatives. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a visionary technology roadmap aligned with their risk management objectives, collaborating closely with senior executives and stakeholders to prioritize technology investments, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate technology roadmap aligned with organizational risk management objectives
- Collaborate with senior executives and risk stakeholders to define technology priorities and long-term goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in risk management
- Create a technology product roadmap that prioritizes value delivery, aligns with business priorities, and reflects current market technology developments
- Design a comprehensive technology product landscape encompassing operational risk, financial risk, financial crime, technology risk, compliance, legal, and audit
- Ensure delivery of the committed technology product roadmap with targeted business outcomes
- Drive business application architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and data integrity in collaboration with enterprise architects, software engineering teams, vendors, and partners
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Product Management experience with strong business acumen, MBA is a plus
- At least 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within financial services
- Proven experience in developing and executing technology product strategy
- Deep understanding of technology trends and their application to business challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
