Our client, a prestigious leader in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Mining industry, is looking to expand their Change Management team with a seasoned professional in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) service delivery. Role & Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of ERP Service Delivery, you will:
- Lead strategic planning and management of ERP implementation and enhancements across the organization.
- Collaborate with various department heads to streamline and integrate technology solutions that support business processes and strategic goals.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ERP services.
- Develop and maintain a change management strategy that minimizes disruption and maximizes adoption of new systems and processes.
- Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and delivering ERP solutions.
- Solid understanding across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, CCS, or OWACs (not all are expected)
- Hands-on operation run experience in implementing improvements to or maintaining Oracle cloud solutions through Oracle regular release OOTB adoption
- Core Utilities business processes understanding
- Good knowledge of Oracle Support processes, release cycles, and customer networks
- Knowledge and experience supporting hybrid application landscapes with complex system integrations
- Deep understanding of core ITSM processes, ITIL
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with C-suite executives and technical team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical approach.
- Experience in change management strategies in IT environments.
- Proven experience of implementing or supporting production Oracle cloud applications such as Fusion ERP, EPM, CCS or OWACs with a good understanding of SaaS support processes and release cycles.
- Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle Cloud Project
- Functional understanding of integration technologies (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Experience managing complex system integrations
- Strong functional knowledge around HR, Procurement, Finance or Utilities systems and processes
