My client is a top tier insurance firm in Singapore looking to hire a Senior OneStream Developer for their MI FP&A team. They are currently going through a massive end to end internal finance transformation program.
They are one of the market leaders in protection, savings and investment linked plans, with S$50+ billion funds under management.
Role:
- Work closely with the project team including the MI tech product owner and end-user analysts at the regional level
- Lead a team of developers supporting MI FP&A solutions
- Configure and customize OneStream/ Anaplan solutions
- Drive the development of future-ready systems, emphasizing data process automation
- Eliminate manual data processes and interventions, fostering a culture of embedding data with decision-making
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience and proven track record as a developer with Finance and insurance domain experience
- Bachelor's degree (2:1 honor or higher) or equivalent level
- Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, effective communication, and problem- solving ability
- Relevant experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle, MIS, PowerBI
