Your Role: As our Scrum Master, you'll be the catalyst for smoother sprint cycles and better Agile practices. You'll play a key role in guiding our team toward higher productivity while maintaining a fun, accountable, and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Coach and mentor team members in SAFe Agile practices
- Set up and manage Jira for seamless project tracking
- Be the go-to person for internal and external communications
- Partner with product owners to prioritize backlogs and handle new requests
- Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts to ensure continuous progress
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards
- Drive the team's Scrum maturity and encourage continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a data or analytics environment
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
- SAFe Agile Framework certification
- Experience with data products or retail (Belgian retail knowledge is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Scrum Master certification (a plus)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus
