Job Title : Consultant customer complaints management
Location : Antwerp
Olivier James is looking for a new consultant. In this role,you will be responsible for handling complaints from three different departments: daily banking, credit and investment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse customer complaints and identify areas of improvement within the organisation
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance strategies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Provide support in handling escalated complaints and resolving issues effectively
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Generate reports and present findings to management
Key skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Min. 1 year of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial service industry
- Organised , team player and analytical skills
- Passion for understanding customer behaviour and delivering exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using banking software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
