I am currently working with an MSP with offices around Ireland looking to expand their IT Support team. They have seen a major increase in workload and one of their key customers is in need of another IT Support specialist to join their team. This is a permanent role dedicated to responding to tickets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience working in an IT Support Engineer capacity. You should have experience working in the following areas.
- Ticketing systems
- Windows OS
- Active Directory
- Clear communication skills
