IT Support (ERP) - Marketing Leading Insurance Firm

Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their Change Management Department as an ERP Support. As a valuable member of the team, you will be responsible for performing application support to ensure the effective operation of the company's ERP systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first line and second line support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.

  • Handle third line application support issues by troubleshooting more complex problems and liaising with software vendors when necessary.

  • Maintain and administer database systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Assist in the configuration, maintenance and ongoing support of the ERP systems across the organization.

  • Collaborate with various departmental units to ensure continuity and efficiency of system operations.

  • Prepare documentation and reports on application status, performance, and system incidents.

Key Skills

  • Proven expertise in ERP application support, including first, second, and third line support roles.
  • Strong skills in database administration, preferably with experience in maintaining high availability and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Commitment to implementing best practices in system maintenance and security.
  • Ability to document clear and concise system documentation and reports.
