Title: IT Project Manager - Agile
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)
Type: FTE, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $120,000-150,000k, plus benefits
As an Agile Project Manager, you will serve as a key internal project leader, responsible for managing large-scale technology initiatives from inception through delivery. You will partner with business leaders to understand technological needs and translate them into actionable plans, ensuring successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee communication strategies, including regular status updates to management and stakeholders, as well as addressing any project risks or issues.
- Facilitate various project meetings (e.g., status meetings, working sessions, demonstrations) and ensure that action items are tracked and completed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business units and stakeholders to advise on resource needs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage testing and system readiness efforts for product releases.
- Ensure compliance with organizational technology policies and procedures.
- Lead or participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of business functions, technology tools, and applications that integrate with business processes.
- Proven experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid grasp of Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
