Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead Information Technology project management activities for change initiatives throughout the organization.
- Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
- Formulate project plans, determine resource needs, and assess risks, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Facilitate communication across all project phases, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for change management, influencing a smooth transition and minimization of disruption to the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

- Proven expertise in managing large scale Information Technology projects within the service industry.
- Strong skills in utilizing project management tools and software to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of change management principles.
- Ability to monitor and control budgets, coupled with a strategic ability to foresee risks and derive mitigation measures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
- Professional certification in Project Management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.
