The Head of Pricing will take the helm of the New Business function within the company, reporting directly to the CEO.
Oliver James is exclusively partnering with a prominent new player in the UK's bulk annuity market. We are proud to represent this forward-thinking, reputable, and well-backed organisation as they seek a Head of Pricing to drive their team forward.
In this position, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both the Head of Origination and the CTO to develop and execute competitive pricing strategies and an innovative business proposal that provides significant differentiation from competitors.
This role demands strong commercial acumen and is ideally suited for qualified actuaries seeking career advancement. It offers an opportunity for ambitious actuaries to step up or for current Heads of Pricing looking to make a substantial impact in a dynamic environment.
Key requirements for candidates include:
- Qualified Actuary status
- Solid experience in the bulk annuity/pension-risk transfer market
- Proficiency in pricing strategies
- Extensively engagement with Employee Benefit Consultants (EBCs) in the UK market
