We have partnered with a financial services client of ours to look for a Data and AI expert to spearheading the development and execution of the AI strategy and roadmap for their global technology business function. This role focuses on driving transformative initiatives to enable our organization to deliver efficient, effective, and user-centric AI-driven products and services. Additionally, you will identify and cultivate AI-driven digital innovations to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement through data-driven methods.
As the Head of Data and AI Enablement, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management, covering enterprise data warehouse, big data, business intelligence (BI), analytics, and data governance.
- Direct data architects, engineers, and machine learning specialists to design and implement solutions that meet business information needs and align with strategic goals.
- Balance business and technology strategies to ensure scalable architecture that evolves with organizational needs, addressing both immediate requirements and long-term growth.
- Foster a culture of digital data-driven innovation and implement best practices leveraging technology to drive stakeholder benefits.
- Drive transformational change initiatives to empower the organization in delivering data-driven products and services that optimize efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Innovate and implement data-driven digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance work processes.

Requirements:
- At least 15+ years of experience in areas such as big data, BI & Analytics, data innovation, data change management and AI with at least 5-10 years of management experience (leading a small team)
- Proven experience in providing strategic and technical leadership in transforming the business
- Knowledge of insurance, finance or related industry
- Familiarity with modern data technologies
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
