Oliver James have partnered with a rapidly expanding insurance business in Dublin to recruit for a Finance Operations Team Leader.
You will mainly be responsible for managing a small team of 2 people and supporting the wider team on all the day to day technical and operational activities within the finance team of the business.
Some of these activities include;
- Taxation and banking
- Reconciliations and controls testing
- Systems implementation including the impact assessment
- Developing increased efficiency's and automation in finance operations processes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Insurance or wider Financial Services industry experience
- Leadership experience working in a finance team would be highly preferable as you will have responsibility for 2 direct reports.
