Role & Responsibilities:
- Direct the development, analysis, and execution of reserving strategies.
- Supervise the reserving process for personal line insurance products.
- Prepare and deliver reserving reports to senior management.
- Offer guidance and assistance to team members in the actuarial department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
Qualifications:
- Substantial background in reserving and reporting within the realm of personal line insurance.
- Extensive hands-on experience in actuarial modeling and analysis.
- Notable proficiency in communication and delivering presentations.
- Demonstrated capability in leading and guiding teams.
- Solid analytical prowess and adept problem-solving skills.
- ACAS or FCAS
This is a hybrid role out of Texas or New York City
