Digital Product Manager (4+ years experience)

We are currently partnering with a reputable financial services to look for a Digital Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing their digital product platforms and technologies to drive business success. As part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate across functions to design and enhance innovative business platforms, ensuring optimal outcomes for both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Requirements:

    • Gather customer insights to define platform design requirements.
    • Create user experience solutions and wireframes for web and native applications.
    • Communicate design progress and rationale to internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design decisions.
    • Ensure platform designs meet business objectives and customer success metrics.
  • Development:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, developers, CX, and business teams) to refine platform requirements.
    • Contribute to platform roadmap and support timely delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Operations:

    • Support platform growth and maintenance through design feedback loops, prioritizing enhancements in line with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Financial:

    • Contribute to meeting financial metrics for platforms, incorporating design iterations that drive value.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital platforms or applications.
  • Expertise in UI design systems and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, etc.).
  • Experience in Financial Services, InsurTech, or E-commerce is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing digital design projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of emerging design frameworks and systems for digital applications.
  • Expertise in conducting and applying Design Thinking processes to platform challenges.
  • Skilled in ideation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in Agile environments and managing all design tasks (research, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing, etc.).
  • Ability to tackle complex design problems, particularly in the financial services sector.
