Role & Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a Deskside Engineer to join their IT department on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd Line Support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
