Job Title: Daily Banking Specialist
Location: Brussels, Antwerp, Gent
As a Daily Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations and delivering high-quality services to our customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transactions, resolving inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.
- Execute and oversee daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures.
- Educate clients on available banking products, services, and digital banking platforms to meet their financial needs and goals.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional banking products and services to existing customers based on their financial preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, industry trends, and best practices related to daily banking operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
- 1 year of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in using banking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
