Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization.
- Ensure that company financial statements are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, including regulatory reporting.
- Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
Key Skills
- Profound knowledge and experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong expertise in regulatory reporting and managing the financial reporting process.
- Experience in expense and cost reporting and a proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in a management role.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
