We are actively hiring for a Business System Analyst with an insurance client.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement technology solutions to enhance business operations.
- Conduct system testing and user training.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the whole solution delivery journey from ideation through to rollout and support
- 3+ years of practical experience in working closely with developers on scheduling, driving implementation and resolving development related issues
- Prefer to possess experience in life and health insurance, specifically agency new business and ePOS/eApp journey
- Experience working in small-team environment with PO, BA's, developers and testers to ensure smooth solution delivery with high quality
- Good communications skills and able to describe problems with teammates in concise and easy-to-understand way
