Oliver James are partnered with a rapidly growing BPA deals team, they are offering the opportunity to work on buy in and buy out transactions as well as alternative/new solutions for large multinational organisations. Servicing both corporate and trustee clients you will be a main point of contact for the whole deal life cycle.
There is headcount for multiple hires at the manager and senior manager grade.
To qualify you will need the following:
- Experience managing de-risking transactions
- Excellent DB pensions knowledge
- Managers need to be NNQ, senior managers need to be FIA
- Stakeholder engagement needs to be first rate

The team has worked on over 20bn in transactions in the last few years, considering the BPA market is due to hit 60bn in 2025 this is an excellent market share that you could be a part of.
Locations in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Reading, Bristol, East Midlands. Expectation to be in an office at least 2 days per week.
