BA / Product Owner - Digital Marketplace for Credit Risk Insurance

London - Hybrid

We are working with a dynamic and fast-growing organization within the credit risk insurance (CRI) space, seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to join their innovative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the development and operational stability of the company's proprietary back-office software, Ajax, while working closely with banking and insurance clients to integrate their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & System Management: Oversee continuous updates, improvements, and bug fixes for Ajax, ensuring its seamless operation and integration with client systems. Work closely with the development partner to prioritize features and updates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client Connectivity: Manage data connectivity for banks and insurers, facilitating integrations to avoid manual data entry. Work with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • CRMX & Ajax Integration: Collaborate with the CRMX team to ensure compatibility and support development of new features, handling troubleshooting and product queries.
  • Internal IT Coordination: Support BMS's internal IT systems, ensuring smooth automation, data uploads, and coordination between systems.
  • Documentation & Process: Maintain thorough and sector-standard documentation, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in software project management or business analysis, particularly for commercial-grade platforms.
  • Experience in financial institutions or IT projects within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both for client-facing interactions and internal coordination.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
