Oliver James have partnered with a leader in the credit servicing industry to recruit for a ASU Case Manager. This hire will be joining an established team and delivering exceptional customer service on the arrears resolution team.
It's important to note that this role is a 6 month contract however the successful candidate will have a strong likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.
What you can expect:
- Pro-actively manage assigned portfolio of mortgage arrears cases.
- Both inbound and outbound calls.
- Managing the customer experience to a successful resolution.
What you need to apply:
- Relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA) and Consumer Protection Code (CPC).
- QFA or APA.
